Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 August 2026
These terms govern your purchase and use of an audit from Adaudit ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Gina Baylis. By purchasing an audit, you agree to these terms.
1. What we provide
Adaudit provides a fixed-price, self-serve account audit for Google Ads and/or Meta Ads accounts. Each audit includes:
- A written report reviewing your account structure, spend, tracking, and performance
- A short video walkthrough talking through the findings
- Prioritised recommendations
Delivery is within 3 business days of you submitting the access-request form (not from the date of payment).
2. What we need from you
To complete your audit, you'll need to:
- Grant us read-only access to your Google Ads and/or Meta Ads account, as described in our access-request instructions
- Provide accurate contact and account information
We are not responsible for delays caused by access not being granted correctly, incomplete, or not granted at all. If access isn't received within a reasonable time, we'll contact you, but the 3-business-day delivery window only begins once access has been confirmed as working on our end.
3. Pricing and payment
- Prices are as shown on adaudit.co.uk at the time of purchase, in GBP, inclusive/exclusive of VAT as stated at checkout
- Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase via Stripe
- We do not store your card details
4. Cancellations and refunds
- If you cancel before submitting the access-request form (i.e. before any work has started), you're entitled to a full refund
- Once we've begun pulling and reviewing your account data, the audit is considered underway, and refunds are at our discretion
- If access is never successfully granted and we're unable to complete the audit through no fault of our own, we'll offer a refund or the option to reschedule
If you are purchasing as an individual consumer rather than as or on behalf of a business, you may have additional statutory cancellation rights under UK consumer law; nothing in these terms limits those rights.
5. What the audit is, and isn't
- The audit is a diagnostic review and set of recommendations based on the data available in your account at the time of review
- It is not a guarantee of any specific performance outcome, cost saving, or result if recommendations are implemented
- Findings are based strictly on the data we can access — if something isn't visible or accessible in your account, it won't be covered
- The audit does not include implementation of any recommended changes, unless separately agreed
6. Ongoing management
The audit is a standalone service — nothing about purchasing it obligates you to any further engagement. If you'd like ongoing account management afterwards, this is a separate conversation and separate agreement, subject to availability at the time.
7. Intellectual property
- The report and video we deliver to you are yours to use for your business
- Our audit methodology, checklists, and house style remain our own intellectual property
- We do not retain any ownership or rights over your ad accounts, campaigns, or business data
8. Confidentiality
We treat any account access and business information you share with us as confidential, and will not disclose it to third parties except the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy, which are necessary to deliver the audit.
9. Liability
- We aim for accuracy in every audit but cannot guarantee that every issue in an account will be identified
- We are not liable for decisions made based on the audit's recommendations, or for any losses arising from acting (or not acting) on them
- Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded (e.g. for fraud or negligence causing personal injury)
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that order.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
